Chief Joseph Kirschner, Ret., DCED Regional and Management Consultant. Chief Kirschner has more than 54 years of law enforcement experience with extensive experience in regionalization.
Chief Gerald R. Simpson, Ret., DCED Peer Consultant in the Governor’s Center for Local Government Services has more than 40 years of law enforcement experience, including 12 years as the Chief Of Police for a regional police department.
