It covers the types and characteristics of a crisis and provides a roadmap to prepare your officers, supervisors, and police executives to take command for effective incident management.

Through real-world scenarios and practical guidance, the training emphasizes proactive planning, clear communication, and decisive leadership to enhance organizational readiness and ensure effective responses during high-stakes situations.
